General Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all offered products and services and/or other legal relationships that are established with Miss Dolce Cakes.

  • The Cakes, Cupcakes, Treats and Pastries are only made to order and are therefore not available from stock.
  • If you place an order or submit a request, you indicate that you agree with the terms and conditions.
  • To prevent misunderstandings, all orders are always confirmed by email.
  • By placing an order via Webshop, email or Telephone, you will receive confirmation via email.
  • All amounts mentioned in an offer include VAT.
  • If you have any type of allergies please let us know in advance, so that later problems do not occur.

For Cakes Design and Creative Freedom:

  • The design style can be agreed together before the order is confirmed and I will do my best to deliver what has been agreed. I’ll however hold on to a right to change the design where I see fit to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • I Prefer not to make copies of cakes, mine or other designers but will of course always try and design the cake that you will love. 
  • Any cake ordered based on a picture or photo of a cake produced by any other cake maker, can be reproduced by Miss Dolce Cakes as an interpretation of that cake and will not be necessarily an exact reproduction of the cake in the picture or photo.
  • We value clarity and transparency. The price is based on the final design and agreed with the customer. No outstanding cost will be incurred by the customer after the price is agreed, unless the customer requires a major change.

Payment/Cancellation

  • The total payable amount for Cakes and Special Delicatessen must be transferred no later than 1 week before the delivery.
  • Cancellations within 6 to 5 days before the pick-up date will be reimbursed 50% of the total amount.
  • Cancellations within less than 4 days before the pick-up date will void the right to refund of the total amount. Therefore a refund cannot be requested anymore.

Complaints

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you must make this known in writing 24 hour after delivery and attach an example of your complaint to be able to investigate  where it went wrong.

Miss Dolce Cakes is not responsible for the influence on the product of the transport and storage conditions on your part.
